Its been a busy December for most people, and today is no exception. I sure was busy eating “lechon” during lunch and for sure it will be the same during dinner. Just sneaking in a post in between sessions.
AKB48′s Itano Tomomi to release a solo single
AKB48 Team K member Itano Tomomi has announced that she will be releasing a solo single on January 26th. She will be the first member to debut solo among the AKB48 members.
She revealed that it will be a “dance song“, and went on to say: “Koya Cach, as always please support me in my endeavours. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu.“

Last Wednesday, one of the wedding photographers that I idolize, Dino Lara was in Cebu for a wedding. I read his status message on Facebook and wished I could meet him. And, drum roll please, what luck! I got to meet him that night and had dinner with him. I totally love his work. Wait, do I sound like a rabid fan boy? LOL. PS: Don’t mind the pose.

Space Battleship Yamato
I’m a sucker for space operas, and Space Battleship Yamato, (SPACE BATTLESHIP ヤマト) a live action adaptation of the classic Space Battleship Yamato (Uchū Senkan Yamato or Star Blazers for the whitewashed version) anime series fits in perfectly. The movie was released last week (December 1st) and Im pretty sure a lot of oldies watched this in the cinemas since then. Gar SMAP member Kimura Takuya stars as Susumu Kodai paired up with leading lady Kuroki Meisa as Yuki Mori.

AKB48 19th Single Chance no Junban
Pictured above is the Type A cover for AKB48′s 19th Single titled Chance no Junban. The single is set to be released on December 8. If your thinking out loud: “WTF why isnt <insert usual 2010 Top 5 senbatsu girls here> on the cover?!?” thats because this single’s 16 participants was decided Janken (rock paper scissors) style.
